Hosting is provided on an Ascend Internet server, running Windows 2003, housed at Telehouse, Docklands. To guard against hackers, our servers are protected by a SonicWall hardware firewall.

CMS stands for Content Management System and basically means that you have the ability to maintain your entire web site content without the need to know anything about HTML.
